IBC Group Ltd.

WWII Monument

The Loan Fund:

This project provides small/micro credit loans to qualified small and medium size enterprises in the West Kazakhstan Oblast. Typically the fund provides loans ranging from $500 to $2,000 at a lower rate than the bank. We have approximately 73 loan fund clients and we hope to continue to grow this division of IBC in order to provide more loans to qualified clients.

Goal of loan fund: To help small and medium size businesses obtain financial support for their business and reduce the burden of the interest payments.

My role as PCV: To work to evaluate the fund and determine ways to improve and expand it. I will also work with outside consultant to help establish best practices at our fund.
